IMS has been providing agents throughout the country with mortgage leads and annuity leads for over 15 years. We provide our agents with the freshest mortgage data by using several county recorders and through comparison, selected only the freshest data for the brokers or individuals. This is then applied to a highly personalized letter with the prospects name, loan amount, and lender name throughout the document. The letter also contains a health query that adds important health questions to allow the agent to determine the qualification of that prospect. All territories are protected as long as the company or agent uses all available data and every client has first right of refusal on their territory. The responses are mailed back to IMS and are e-mailed or faxed daily to the agent unless he or she has their own business reply.

ANNUITY LEADS

IMS annuity program uses very special data called Income Producing Assets. This allows the agent to target his or her market by selecting out individuals with Liquid Assets and to determine this market by the amount of the Liquid Assets the individual has.
For example, if the agent has prospects with investments averaging $100,000 to $500,000 (not including the home equity), the data can be pulled by this amount, along with age and home owner, down to zip level.
IMS annuity letter is personalized with the individuals name and the letter contains a questionnaire which addresses the enhancement and protection of their investments.
